Day 1:

During your first visit you will receive

* a consultation  * spinal examination  *nerve scan  *functional neurology testing  * X-rays (if needed)

The consultation is a time for the doctor to get to know your health history, any accidents that you have had or challenges that you are currently facing with your health as well as your health goals to ensure that the proper care plan is determined for each individual.  After the consultation, we will perform the physical portion of the examination, explaining step by step how chiropractic is done and the effects that it could potentially have on your health once your nervous system is free of interference. All of the information gathered on from your first visit is used to establish an initial phase of care.

Day 2:

On your second visit, you will receive a doctors report.  During the doctors report, you will go over all of your examination findings, including how chiropractic care can help you achieve your goals.  We will also review the findings from your nerve scan, function neurology testing, and x-rays if they were taken during the initial visit. There will be opportunity for you to ask any questions that you might have from either the first visit or your findings.  You will be presented with a care plan determined from these findings all with the intention of helping you to achieve your goals with optimal health and vitality. You will be presented with frequency and length of care as well as payment options.
