Dr. Taylor

My interest in the human body and living a healthy lifestyle began at a young age and then turned into a passion in undergrad while studying Exercise Science at Manchester University. Once I entered chiropractic school at Palmer College of Chiropractic, my passion for living a healthy lifestyle turned into a mission to help others do the same. Chiropractic has taught me to take a holistic and vitalistic approach to health which recognizes that the human body has innate wisdom and health begins from the inside out. I am Webster certified and have been practicing for 10 years. I currently have an office in Michigan City, Indiana as well as one in Portage, Indiana, which I share with Hoosier Breast Friend. I love caring for families, especially pregnant women and children, teaching them the same thing. My passion for living a healthy lifestyle has fully evolved to helping others live their best lives by reaching their full potential.

When I am not in the office, my hobbies include exercising, spending time outdoor, exploring the community and spending time with my husband, Nate, our daughters, Olive, Amelia, Evy, and Bennett. Please look around and see what services we offer that may best serve you.

Meg

Meg is a holistic wellness practitioner, Spinal Energetics (SE) specialist, Craniosacral Therapy (CST) practitioner, and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), with additional training in Infant Craniosacral Therapy.

As a mother and clinician, she brings over a decade of experience in the healing field. Pregnancy and Motherhood has shown Meg the importance of presence, patience, and trust -- qualities that continue to shape both her personal life and professional practice. She focuses on supporting nervous system regulation and balance, helping clients experience greater ease and resilience.

Her sessions integrate functional, somatic, and energetic approaches, with a focus on creating an individualized, integrative experience for each client. She also holds that family dyads are deeply intertwined, and that meaningful relief can emerge within each member's body when the system is supported as a whole.
